Three Iraqi police officers were killed Sunday when two roadside bombs went off in quick succession Sunday near one of the officer's home.

Three other people, including two more officers, were wounded in the blast in Fallujah, a police official said.

The attack was one of several roadside bombs that targeted police Sunday, officials said.

The bombs in Fallujah went off when colleagues went to pick up a police officer from his house in the al-Jamhouriya neighborhood in central Fallujah, the official said.
